    The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived long before my check in time and was directed to the buffet for a drink and a bite by Vinny. He's the best! The manager in duty said it be 20 minutes and it was, to the minute! He even came over 5 minutes prior to say that it was nearly time. I was treated so nicely by everyone and the food was hot and delicious in room service. Sabrina at checkout the next morning was fantastic. Stay here, you'll be taken care of.

    Extremely wonderful hotel, I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for excellent service, great staff, delicious food , and a joyful environment. The rooms are clean and the scenery is beautiful. Next time I’m coming to JFK AIRPORT I would love to stay here again. My experience here was amazing!

    We had to stay here bc once of our flights were delayed and we missed our connecting flight. Convenient shuttle service every 30 minutes. The hotel looked clean and staff was friendly. The room smelled a little stale, but was clean. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious. They had a nice variety and the food was very good. Only downfall is location. There wasn't anything within walking distance. It was a short stay and overall a good experience.

    The Hilton Garden Inn is a favorite hotel, but the hotel in Queens NY is excellent. The staff is Outstanding. The restaurant is a great place to grab a bite to eat. The food is very good and the service is very good.
